| Im not sure the average age of the person is being im still sorta new but i do not believe the age is a concern about language issues and what not its more about reliablilty, maturity, and understanding simple concepts that the more mature crowd would, such as constructive criticism. I just know when i was younger and someone told me something to do i kinda shrugged it off and went back to the way i was doing it in the first place. P.S. Other than that believe tha app looks good : )

| if he can handle everything that a high end raider can handle, then age doesn't really matter(look at babymushroom!). depending on our raid makeup tonight we're either going to brutallus or finishing hyjal. Hit me up tonight and depending on what we run we can see how you do on a fight like archimonde.

| The issue isnt his age necessarily its a maturtiy factor of maybe taking so and so over him and him throwing a fit over it becuase he thinks we arent taking him because of his age and that wouldnt be the issue it would be that we were taking someone who might have better gear/spec than himself, or just a better knowledge of the fight ect. Ive known Babymushroom for years and we have had our issues although them we are still great friends and still play wow together, even with him being 8 years younger than myself. When he was younger he would complain about things that were very small but to him they were the world, if needed ask him he will tell you things prolly about guilds and hell probably also tell you that he has matured alot over those 3 years of playing WoW and has learned that there are two sidews to an arguement and that one side isnt always right. Im not attacking anyone here this is all constructive and im just covering certain areas that need be so the e-drama stays at a minimum.' ~zag~

i just looked at your armory and u have your gladiator gear on....is that your pve gear as well, if not try to log out in what you raid in. +healz are great and all but mp5 is HUGE for shamans...esp in sunwell. It's not my position to say whether or not we'd "gear you" however, having the best possible gear your capable of having at this point (ie badge gear & craftable gear) goes a long way. It's that dedication to your character that shows your maturity level and willingness to raid at a high level. PVP gear is NOT PVE gear, so I'm hoping you have some of that.
I'm curious as to your "mining" profession too. as a healer..Alchemy and Enchanting are two of the best professions you can have for the Alchemist Stone and Ring Enchants. Jc is great b/c of the sunwell patterns and the unique gems we can craft for our own use as well as the trinkets.
