Hey Michol- thanks for apping. We're not currently doing attunements with the exception of classes that are heavily needed and or people with special ties to the guild.
Your gear is also inadequate for the content we are currently on. In my humble opinion, you'd be much better off looking for a solid TK/SSC guild and working on your T5/equivalent gear.
