I just remember back in the Naxx days trying to kill Thaddius and people were like, im only getting 2-4 fps. Also if you don't get a response on here, its always a good idea to drop Tendermulva an in game mail, or a tell outside of raid times. We like to talk to all of our applicants, as things do come up all the time. We try not to say a direct NO also. Try to give some form of a break down as to why we can't recruit a player. Most of the time, its either the applicant can't commit to our raid times, doesn't have enough gear, is known to be a terrible player, or is too young and the parents pull the internet plug out at 8pm, or were too full up on that class or spec. Gear is a really important part of recruitment right now as War Storm is working on the last instance.
