Why do you want to join War Storm?
I've heard a lot of great things about the guild as a whole. I like the way the guild works as a tightly-knit group and the mature attitude of the members. Of course, to have fun as well ;-)
What Time Zone are you in?
Eastern timezone (+3 server time)
What specc are you and are you open to Respeccing? ( An armory link will also suffice)
I'm currently 48/13/0, taking advantage of 2 piece tier 5 for high damage output and a large amount of control over my DPS and DPM. I'd be willing to respec if needed.

What guilds were you in previously and/or why did you leave?
Guild master of Ascension, guild slowly fell apart after I stepped down. Took a 2 week break, guild was in ruins when I returned.
Can you raid Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday starting at 6pm server time? If no please specify your availability.
I will be able to make all raid times, although Monday and tuesdays I may have to leave around 10:30 server time (class in the morning next day, eastern time)

Many of the old Ascension members.. Satsu, Feel, Menaya, etc... (they're all really awesome)
