Why do you want to join War Storm?
I am used to raiding on a pretty consistent basis, and my current guild cant seem to find reliable enough players to do so. War Storm has days that work really well with my schedule and i've heard nothing but good things.

Mountain time.

I would prefer to dps and offtank in raids, but if needed i would be willing to respec.

Yes
Do you have 5 heroic keys, if no.. which ones do you have?
I'm keyed to all heroics.
What guilds were you in previously and/or why did you leave?
Gimmeitam, we just couldnt get enough dedicated players. Though i've had experience through kara and gruul.
Can you raid Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday starting at 6pm server time? If no please specify your availability.

How long do you see your self playing WOW? (Years months and what not)
Honesly? I've got no idea, i DON'T see any reason for having to quit any time soon, and i do enjoy the game. I would have to say i have a guaranteed 6 months.

I'm consistent and experienced.
