I think most of the formatting options are broken so I used Google Docs.

Also, white walls of text on black backgrounds hurt my eyes >.>

Babi here.

Read his application and it is very disrespectful (big turn off but I will be fair in the following).

Put that aside, he does very good DPS (have strong tendency to tank for the raid on trash), come to raids prepared, usually top 3-5 on boss DPS.

He farms a lot and very into the game.

He knew we were casual when he joined with shit gear, but I guess his gear and appetite has grown so large that we can't keep him fed anymore.

We have been having some healer attendance issues (for little over a week) due to some people dropped out of raiding due to work and school and September schedule conflict, it is normal for any raiding guild, you know the normal up and downs. Apparently he could not tolerate that.

His reasoning on "slow on buffing" is mainly because he just tanks a lot and of course bite the dust a lot as well, our healers got sick and tired of having to rebuff him every other pull.

He will complain about loot... a lot. He will take off sets that he has no want in (see app, re: Resto set) just to later disenchant them. Doesn't know when to shutup in vent and many guild members were glad to see him gquit on us. He likes to tank, and constantly expects heals when he pulls aggro. Expect to hear him have a hissy fit over how long it takes to rebuff him. But on the flip side he will dish out good dps.

This is a very thorough application, but I can see where previous guildmates would take offense. Thanks Babi for giving your assessment. It seemed pretty fair considering the circumstance. BA it seems you are a very accomplished shammy, but given the above comments can you discuss your ability to manage agro. Having shamans tank because of consistently pulling agro is not an ideal scenario.

Although Bearattacks might be a great player and bring great DPS, the War Storm I used to know was about respect and team work. I see no respect from this player. I would be ASTONISHED to see this type of person let into what is now the top raiding guild on Dragonmaw, and a guild who was built on respect.

I truly hope War Storm has not pushed to the top by forgetting who the once were.

i see why a lot of old guildies are upset, and thank you for your input.

War Storm does believe in giving people chances and ( not speaking for him in anyway ) tender seems to believe in misunderstandings and ppl having the ability to fit into their environment. i really hope there isnt any grief between Mshade and WarStorm in anyway, i know we all have a lot of respect for your guild and hope to see you do well through the rest of Sun Well...

onto Bearattacks app... Dps meters are a pretty big deal, but raid utility is also huge... i hope that if we asked you to go resto on some fights you would do so, being able to fill multiple roles has been a HUGE part of the reason we've been doing well the last few months even with getting gibbed to school starting

2 cents

Hah, oh man some people really wanted to dig into me!

Oh well, I back myself with my actions, and feel no need to defend myself from any hateful comments. If I'm an abysmal person to raid with I assume you'll find out.

It's very simple to me; I've left Moonshade to apply to War Storm. If my War Storm application is declined, I'll simply have to wait out the last few months before expansion to begin raiding again.

To answer your question, yes, I'm sure I can fill a Resto Role temporarily. I have an almost complete Resto set short of a single ring and I'd love to try out raid healing again.

Although, to be clear, I'm applying as my main spec--filling an Enhancement role is the prominent reason in creating my Shaman, and if I'm not able to be worked in as that spec I feel there will be fair discontent on my side. I'm open to discussion though.

And to the forums of War Storm, I apologize for all the bickering my application has caused.

Hola War Storm, Zaephod here.

I'll chime in for two reasons. First, and on behalf of Bearattacks, Bear's an extremely strong DPS with great knowledge of whatever fight is coming. He is beyond prepared with consumables such that he can share with others. He will be quite aware of everything he, and possibly others, can do to up DPS. Such contributions to our raids will be missed.

Second, there are no ill feelings from Moonshade toward War Storm. We just don't do that, even when our members decide to jump ship.

Good luck War Storm, and good luck Bear.
