There are 3 talent trees for hunters.
Beast Mastery - Focuses more on your pet while giving your benefits (Spirit Bond, Beast Within, Animal Handler, Focused Fire, Ferocious Inspiration etc) Great for raiding, soloing, arenas and 5 mans.
Marksmanship - High focus on your DPS, alot of burst damage. Reaching up to 2.1kRAP on average and even more with decent critical chance, buffs hunter's group (TSA) with 125AP and RAP. Best out of the 3 for 5v5 arenas and fairly decent in raids.
Survival - High critical chance and later in the tree increases raid wide attack power, melee and ranged. Talent that gives mana back, probably the best raiding tree in terms of buffs and lasting a long time. (Expose Weakness gives AP to the whole raid)
In short BM gives Ferocious Inspiration (3% bonus to ALL damage, magical and physical.)
MM gives True Shot Aura (125AP to YOUR group and ONLY your group)
Survival gives Expose Weakness (25% of the hunter's agility turned into AP when the hunter critically strikes)
So BM and Survival is the best for raiding in terms of buffing your raid.
