dude, if you don't need the extra 2 seats, the S2000 all the way (biased, i own one), unless you're going to buy from me since i work at a dealership that sells Mazda's hehe. The RX-8 is fun to drive, but it's pretty slow as far as sports cars go, and i've heard horrors about the real life gas mileage that it gets (not good at all). If you drive spiritedly a lot, then the S2000 will suck gas even worse though.
And this doesn't look nearly as sexy, but what a great price with great utility! The mazdaspeed 3 (quicker than the S2k in 0-60) and won't get a second look from law enforcement.
